![]() Make a DrumsUI folder in it and put the CureFinder folder in it. Unzip it and cut/copy the Curefinder folder with the 2 xml files to your custom ui folder with the other files. EQ2 Map being bundled in with an updater is nice as well. It may have everything you need already in the presets. Download Curefinder.zip (rt click save as) And put it in your Custom UI folder - or default if that is what you use. I'm using DarqUI, which is very nice and I'm happy to see it still around. Unzip all of the files from your download into the folder 'BARD' 5. You can also restore your UI to the default from the character selection screen, or in-game by opening your options menu (alt+o) and choosing the Load UI Skin button on the. This can resolve some crashing and interface problems, which are often associated with custom UIs. Create another folder beside Default, for our example we will call it 'BARD' (You can not have spaces in the name) 4. Use the command /loadskin default 1 in game to load the default UI. If you have not already, definitely check out Sigrdrifa's filter replacement if you are reworking your filters. Find the folder in your EverQuest directiory UIFILES inside there will be a folder Default 3. Even a "favorite filter" button wouldn't force an update. I tinkered a bit (see what I did there) with the filter dropdown to make it load something besides unfiltered by default, but it looks like you have to actually click with the mouse to get it to update. Use Notepad to edit with care - I left out a bracket or two on purpose just to see what would happen and the list did not load at all. You can select a filter in the recipe window then click edit, then click delete and the filter disappears, but if you have dozens of filters I can see where this would get tedious. False positive on DarqUI updater on: September 22, 2016, 12:55:45 AM This is an essential application for me, and I am really getting tired of having the threat message pop up every time I run it and/or having to disable Avast shields to run it. If you want to edit the file, it's eq2_recipe_filter.vdl in your base game folder. ![]() I would also like to be able to clear out some of those filters - is there a file that I can edit?Ĭaela, sorry for the delay. But right now, I have to change it every time I do a writ. ![]() Thank you for this As a total new player to EQ2 for Varsoon the UI and mods are a little overwhelming even when I feel like Im starting to understand them lol. Is there a way to set it to always default to Recently Crafted? Or, if it could default to whatever you last had it on would be helpful. Here is a quick video showing DarqUI, Maps, setup and decluttering. I've added a lot of filters over the years, and it seems the default crafting station is always at the bottom of the list - doing writs, I would like to default to Recently Crafted - which is at the top. In the tradeskill window, when it is first opened, it's been defaulting to the Default crafting station.
